My name is Xenia. I’ve been living in Italy for 5 years already. I lived in the very north, next to the border with Switzerland. Then I went to live in the hill of the “Italian boot” in beautiful Lecce. And now I’m living in Sicily (for more than 3 years already).

The sunny land, full of lemon and orange trees. Mafia and brave anti-mafia activists. Smiling and warm hearted people. Amazing food and everything revolves around it. Passionate people who can argue about anything even about the weather. It’s loud and chaotic on the streets. It’s calm and peaceful in the mountains.
I have found endless inspiration in the beautiful island of Sicily. Every day, I am captivated by the vibrant colors and unique textures that can be found on the streets and at the sea. Of all the things I love to paint, my absolute favorite has to be doors. I am obsessed with capturing their character and charm in my paintings. But it’s not just the doors that inspire me. The incredible colors of the sea are truly breathtaking. From the deep blues to the shimmering greens, I can’t help but feel drawn to the beauty of it all. For me, painting is not just a hobby or a job – it’s a passion. And Sicily has provided me with endless opportunities to explore my craft.
